Cata provides:

• AI-powered professional communication training
• Interactive chat with AI professionals
• Community features for user interaction
• Premium paid features (see Section 6)

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain account security
• Not have previously been banned from the Service

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Keep login credentials secure
• Not share your account
• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Not engage in harassment or abusive behavior
• Respect intellectual property rights

5. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
• Contains hate speech or discrimination
• Is sexually explicit or violent
• Violates professional ethics
• Contains false information
• Infringes on others' rights

6. Premium Services

Paid features include:

• Premium AI chat partners
• AI voice conversations
• Advanced matching algorithms
• No refunds except as required by law

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account:

1. Go to Profile tab (4th tab)
2. Tap "Account Deletion"
3. Confirm in pop-up window

We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All Service content is owned by or licensed to Cata. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Reverse engineer our technology
• Use our trademarks without permission

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Accuracy of AI responses
• Specific results from using the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cata shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• User interactions or content

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

• GDPR for European users
• CCPA for California residents
• Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
