Welcome to Cata! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cata mobile application (“App”), website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Cata.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Cata, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Cata. Users under this age are strictly prohibited from accessing the App.

Except for your own User Content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Cata’s intellectual property without our prior written consent.
“Cata” and related logos are registered trademarks or trade dress of Cata. Unauthorized use of any Cata trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Cata reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if:
If your account is terminated, you will lose access to your profile, chat history, and any unused Coins or virtual items.
Cata is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from account termination.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings. Upon deletion, all associated data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Cata provides the Services “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties or representations about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Services. Your use of Cata is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, access video chat features, or interact with other users.
By using Cata, you confirm that:

Cata actively enforces child sexual abuse and exploitation prevention policies, and any such content or activity will be immediately reported to law enforcement authorities and permanently banned from the platform.
Cata offers certain premium features, such as coins, gifts, or video interactions, which may be purchased within the App (“Paid Features”).
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or authorized gateways). You agree to comply with their respective terms when completing transactions.
Purchases are generally non-refundable. However, you may request a refund through the App Store or Google Play support if required by applicable consumer protection laws.
If Cata terminates your account for violating our Terms, any unused coins or purchases will be forfeited.
Cata may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, software, or services.
